Five things drive what you’ll pay each month. We’ll talk through all of them in the demo.
- Call volume, how many calls you expect each month
- Hours of coverage, business hours only, or 24/7
- Script complexity, simple message-taking or full lead qualification
- Integrations, email summary, SMS, CRM push-through
- Sector, every industry needs a different script (dental and legal handle calls differently to trades or accountants)
Pricing FAQ
Straight answers to the awkward questions.
- Why don’t you publish prices?
- Because the honest answer for one client costs 3× another, and a public price tag would either over-charge most of you or under-deliver. We quote you the same day after a short call.
- What do most clients pay?
- Most UK SMBs land between £100 and £500 per month depending on the factors above. We’ll give you a hard number, not a range, after a 15-minute demo.
- Is there a setup fee?
- Sometimes a small one-off setup charge for very bespoke scripts. Most clients have none. Confirmed in writing before you sign anything.
- What’s the contract length?
- Monthly rolling by default. Longer commitments unlock a better rate, your call.
