Terms of Service

This is a placeholder terms of service. It will be replaced with the full version, reviewed by a solicitor, before launch.

1. The service

HiyaCalls provides an AI-powered call answering service. We answer calls forwarded to us, generate written summaries, and deliver them to you via email, SMS, or your nominated system.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity on your account.

3. Fees and billing

Fees are agreed in writing before your service starts. We invoice monthly. Overage charges, if any, apply to the following invoice.

4. Cancellation

Standard contracts are monthly rolling unless otherwise agreed. You can cancel by giving us 30 days’ written notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or to send us calls or scripts that breach UK law.

6. Liability

Our total liability is capped at the fees you’ve paid in the previous 12 months. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
